Zorovic Maritime Services introduces Zyachts

Croatian yacht services provider, Zorovic Maritime Services, has extended its products portfolio with the launch of the new ZYachts yacht management service. The new ZYachts offering adds to the crew management, recruitment, training and technical support services that the company already provides. Planned as a full-service management option, the new service combines crew management, crew training, technical support, ISM/ISPS/MLC compliance management and more, and is in line with all international vessel safety standards, rules and regulations.

Zorovic has 15 years of experience in the shipping industry and can connect yacht owners with fully trained seafarers and follow-up technical maintenance of the yachts. As part of the service, they select and recruit suitable crew members and conduct full crew member training. In respect of the latter, ZYachts will offer students a training centre with experienced instructors and a range of over 40 yacht-related courses including STCW. The training will also include competence testing.

The associated crewing services offered by Zorovic include use of the Popeye software to organise crew rotation planning as well as payroll and crew member travel. They can also arrange administration documents for crew members, including all relevant state documents and visas, and medical insurance. Technical support is an integral part of the ZYachts service such as engine maintenance, equipment and system overhauls undertaken by a trained team. Other areas covered include insurance, statutory certificate renewal, flag requirement, and other licenses and assist with dry-docking preparations. They work with a team of skilled naval architects who provide building and refitting services.
